  1. Initial Impacts: Technicians deliver a specified number of impacts using a calibrated pendulum device. This stage is designed to weaken the glass and simulate an attacker striking the surface with a heavy object.
  2. Tool Application: Immediately following the impacts, testers apply primary tools (such as a screwdriver, pry bar, hammer, or sledgehammer) directly to the damaged area to attempt penetration.
  3. Timed Resistance: A timed window begins as tools are applied. The system passes if it denies physical access for the duration required by the specific level being tested (ranging from 60 to 300 seconds). If a tool fully penetrates the assembly before the time limit expires, the system fails.
